Saltwater Fishing Orlando

Summers here and the time is now for some awesome fishing in orlando. The summer months here in orlando are fun filled days of water parks, theme parks and the awesome outdoors. Orlando fishing is outstanding from June through September because all types of interesting species are in major abundance during this time.

Huge redfish move in from the open waters to spawn up on the main flats. These schools can range from 200 to 400 fish in the 15 to 30 pounds. It’s also when they go on the attack for bait fish. So using live mullet, pin fish and top water plugs dominant the bite.

Fishing in orlando for tarpon during the summer is also a top favorite for visitors to Florida. Rather it’s small ones being catch on artificial lures or huge 100 pounders gulping on live baits, the fun never ends.

Sea Trout will be a big player as well. Some of the biggest trophy catches can come in the months of June and July. My favorite way to get them is on a top water lure in the first 3 hrs of daylight.

Orlando has a lot of things to do for families and business travelers here on business. But a fishing trip on the world-famous Mosquito Lagoon is a most do while your here on vacation. Call me at anytime for more information and availability. I’d love to chat with you and get you out here on an amazing fishing trip.
